The problem

Most small businesses in Tanzania run on notebooks, WhatsApp and memory. Stock goes missing, tax deadlines slip and owners can't see how the business is really doing.

What we built

BOSS is one system for the whole business: point of sale, inventory, staff, customers and reports, on the web and on a phone. It is multi-tenant, works with mobile money from day one and adapts to the industry it runs in.

• Retail and wholesale: fast checkout, stock across branches, supplier orders.
• Pharmacy: a controlled-substance register and drug-interaction checks at the point of sale.
• Restaurants: QR menus and guest self-ordering (Digital Dine).
• Construction: job costing and progress billing per project.
